Use case
During the update to the WASM-compatible package:web and dart:js_interop (~ introduced first in Flutter 3.16), a number of lints had to be disabled to allow for certain API changes.
Proposal
Clean the //ignore lints once package:web and dart:js_interop APIs stabilize (and land in stable!).
They can be found in the code annotated as TODO(srujzs).
