[Impeller] ColorFilter.matrix doesn't work correctly (3.10.0) #126583

Steps to reproduce
Apply any ColorFilter.matrix to any picture using impeller.
Expected results
For example, using a identity matrix I do not get the original image.
But with the impeller disabled, everything works as expected !
