Menu button text animates on hover/focus/press state
A menu selection label is not supposed to animate when it is highlighted, nor does it do so on icons in the menu, only on text.
With a default theme this issue cannot be observed since text color is is same for hover/select/pressed state so it does not change. By making e.g. a themed menu version where selected item uses a quite common primary colored menu selection highlight design, the menu text becomes reversed compared to not highlighted item and the issue can be observed.
In the example, the DropdownMenu contains more icons and the odd combination of text highlight animating, while icons do not animate can be observed more easily. Neither should animate.
Expected results
Expect highlighted text and icon on a highlighted menu item button to not have any animation. It is not mentioned in M3 spec, nor can one be seen with default theme. Below a recording of it, with slow motion animation to represent expected behavior.
