Description

Apache 2.0 should be present as part of git history for the past when the project was open-source. Current changes to licence should not affect current owners and forks of the repository as well as old versions released before licence change.

Reproduction Steps

1. Open repository file at LICENCE.md
2. Notice lack of history

Expected behavior

Apache 2.0 is available for ALL past commits before licence change from open-source to source-available (paid)

Actual behavior

No previous licence can be found.
