High CPU/power usage from flox-watchdog #3896

Hi friends, I regularly see flox-watchdog consuming non-trvial amounts of CPU.
I wonder if there's a way to make it more power efficient.

M4 Pro Macbook
I use a default flox env for all of my zsh shells + some occasional envs on top.

flox --version
1.8.0
uname -a
