Initially when I started working on this project I thought that labeler will make it easier to review code but in fairness since we started it never gave me anything.
On top of that over time I migrated project management from piece of paper to GitHub projects that provided use many other additional tools to better organize the work.

I'm planning to remove labeler and cleanup project labels.

Here are those that I would like to keep:

• size: xxx - all labels used by codelytv/pr-size-labeler action
• triage - requires confirmation from a core contributor
• proposal - I'm going to create new issue type for that
• bug - bug is redundant as there is also an issue type "Bug"
