GitHub Actions has deprecated save-state and set-output and will fully disable them on May 31, 2023. The recommended action is to update
@actions/coreto 1.10.0. While this was already done in flatpak-builder, and it appears to have been done in flat-manager inflat-manager/yarn.lock, let's still explicitly set this inflat-manager/package.jsonas well. Also, let's match the values to the values inflatpak-builder/package.json.
