Closes #179 and might also affect #176 if xdg-settings being missing is the problem.

I may have been wrong on the xdg-utils front. There is apparently flatpak-xdg-utils specifically for Flatpaks but it mentions xdg-settings works with settings that Flatpaks don't have access to anyway, so it isn't included.

Also, I listed the settings it provides on my host, and it's probably used by UnityHub to determine the default browser or something to open the login page with:

Known properties:
  default-url-scheme-handler    Default handler for URL scheme
  default-web-browser           Default web browser

Not sure why it's not posting the link to test with. Installing directly from the build number also yields a 404 error.
