Update coreos-base/ue-rs to 2025-09-26, including an unmerged one flatcar/ue-rs#88, to make sure no regression.

Pulls in flatcar/ue-rs#72,
flatcar/ue-rs#84,
flatcar/ue-rs#85,
flatcar/ue-rs#87,
flatcar/ue-rs#88,
flatcar/ue-rs#90.

Testing done

CI: http://jenkins.infra.kinvolk.io:8080/job/container/job/packages_all_arches/6704/cldsv/ (passed)

  • Changelog entries added in the respective changelog/ directory (user-facing change, bug fix, security fix, update) (not needed)
  • Inspected CI output for image differences: /boot and /usr size, packages, list files for any missing binaries, kernel modules, config files, kernel modules, etc.
