Every Monday the Fastify organization's activity feed is flooded with Dependabot PRs, making it difficult to see what is going on.
These excessive Dependabot PRs all build up in release notes as well, adding unnecessary noise.
We do not have scheduled weekly releases for Fastify repos, so I think weekly dependency updates are redundant.
If we desperately need a dependency updated then someone can do a quick PR.
If this PR is accepted and merged then i'll mass-apply the change to the rest of the Fastify repos.
