If you've reached a state when you have more groups than you can fit in the groups list, maybe it's time to organize groups into folders:

1. right click a group you want to move to a new folder, and select "Create new folder"

2. the "Edit folder" window will appear, where you can add more groups into this folder (using select box on the right), or reorder existing groups in the list on the left:
