CAT-SOOP depends on Python and several other packages. Run pip install -r requirements.txt for all requirements.

CAT-SOOP can be installed with sudo pip3 install catsoop.

Run catsoop configure in order to setup the correct CAT-SOOP instance locally.

Run catsoop start in order to start the instance and navigate to the courses section of http://localhost:7667 for instance in order to access the site.
