When a user with scheduling role, with access level "Only Assessments Owned by User" or "Team Assessments" tries to access assessments in scheduling -> search, that he has no permission to access, the user gets an error, but when he tries to download this assessment, there is also an error, but the docx file is downloaded, so not permitted user can download all of assessments.

Could you investigate further, and potentially fix this?
