A playground plugin fix for: #7268
What is it?
Shows a inset shadow when the table has content to be scrolled to the right or left.
Limitations
I couldn't get it to overlay the shadow on top of cells that have 'background-color' specified, eg. header cells. It's a CSS limitation. There is a workaround using pseudoclasses and nested divs, but wanted to keep the plugin simple.

Further comments
I'm happy to put the code in the tables package under a flag in the TablePlugin alongside 'scrollableTables' if the majority agree on this direction.
