Bug: In an editor containing only an empty list item, pressing ctrl+backspace will not turn that list item back into a normal paragraph #8212

Steps To Reproduce
- Go to the Lexical Playground
- Delete everything
- Insert a bullet list item, either using the GUI or by pressing a dash and a space.
- Press Ctrl+Backspace.

The current behavior
Nothing happens.
The expected behavior
The list item gets turned back into a paragraph.
Impact of fix
I'm sure this irritates everyone who uses common keyboard shortcuts like ctrl+backspace.
