Inserting image via url inside the playground dev ..for the very first time ..do not show the image.

Any change further (typing or adding another image).. renders correctly.

Steps to reproduce:

• Open playground dev . Add image via url.

Here the DOM tree clearly shows there is an image but its not rendering in the editor.
