Motivation

SWC Html minifier automatically removes <head> tags since they are not strictly mandatory. However this cause troubles for LinkedIn crawlers to find social images based on og:image meta.

We now use the new option to preserve <head> tags and avoid this kind of issue, fixing LinkedIn social images and maybe other services too?

Fix issue reported by @ramnivas here: #10556 (comment)
