Currently external-secrets doesn't allow to get secrets by path from Cloud.ru Secret Manager.

Add searching secrets from Cloud.ru Secret Manager by path.

External-secrets already has ability to get secrets from Cloud.ru Secret-Manager by name, but a would like to add more flexibility.
