As of recently the tibdex/github-app-token action was archived.

There is now an official github action for this:
https://github.com/actions/create-github-app-token
The migration is pretty straight forward, it's essentially the same usage as tibdex.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Staying on something that no longer receives maintenance.....

Additional context
I came across this when working on Review Automation, but thought it easier to double check we DO wanna move to this action and I'm not missing anything, before I changed this in my PR.

If all good then I will pick this up for all workflows, should be a simple PR
