Describe the bug
today uuid generator API resource is not present in edit or view cluster roles and therefore people with edit or view role can't use them (in contrary to all other generators)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. deploy via helm chart
2. create an account binded with edit cluster role
3. use this account to (try to) create an UUID generator
4. see it's not possible

Expected behavior

Ability to create UUID generator like other generators
