Describe the bug
ESO v0.9 supports K8s v1.30 as per this makefile, however the docs do not reflect this. Currently it reads as no ESO version is compatible with K8s 1.30

I have also tested ESO v0.9.19 with an EKS 1.30 cluster and nothing seemed inoperable.

Expected behavior
The table to depict that ESO v0.9 is compatible with K8s v1.30
