Dashcam: Pruveeo D90, 4 channels

Trying to read the LIGOGPSINFO in a .ts file recorded on a Pruveeo D90 dashcam and I'm not seeing what I think I should.

One method I used with exiftool got the coordinates that looked good at first. But they put the dashcam in North Carolina instead of gulf coast Mississippi. The on screen display shows valid coordinates, ExifTool -ee3 returns no GPS tags, entire binary stream shows #### markers throughout even on segments with confirmed OSD lock.

Is there a known method to getting at the GPS info from one of these dashcams?
