Right now the CI fails due to the lack of wheels for e.g. Pandas. |

Yeap. I have a solution for that, just haven't got time to get it done. |

pandas has a compatible release now, but we still need to pull in the nightly pyarrow wheel. Which is I think fine for CI. So this can now go in. |

I see failing tests locally, but some of those are failing with other python versions, too, so I'll use the CI here to check for actual issues.
