Adds AGENTS.md files throughout the repository to provide context-sensitive guidelines for developers. This replaces the monolithic, top-level guidelines with more focused instructions scoped to specific areas like the backend, frontend, and testing. It improves discoverability and relevance, guiding developers to adopt the right patterns and practices within each module of the Exceptionless project.
