Keep it modern.

This is to also fix an dependency error:

#14 3.742 warning file-loader@2.0.0: Invalid bin field for "file-loader".
#14 21.11 info fsevents@1.2.13: The platform "linux" is incompatible with this module.
#14 21.11 info "fsevents@1.2.13" is an optional dependency and failed compatibility check. Excluding it from installation.
#14 21.12 info fsevents@2.3.2: The platform "linux" is incompatible with this module.
#14 21.12 info "fsevents@2.3.2" is an optional dependency and failed compatibility check. Excluding it from installation.
#14 21.13 error d3@7.6.1: The engine "node" is incompatible with this module. Expected version ">=12". Got "10.19.0"
#14 21.14 error Found incompatible module.
