Synapse-Admin previously supported only the following login methods:
But homeserver owners with MAS OIDC / Native OIDC cannot use those options, so Synapse-Admin didn't work for them, making it useless.
This PR adds support for login with Matrix access tokens, allowing homeserver admins with MAS generate correct tokens using
