… and related tools This change introduces steps to pre-pull and tag Docker images used by Kurtosis and the Ethereum package. It fetches the correct image versions from Kurtosis and Ethereum package source code. This is done to leverage a local Docker cache, improving the reliability and speed of CI runs by reducing external dependencies during the test execution.
