This commit adds support for the hoodi testnet to Tracoor. This includes: - Adding a link to the hoodi instance in the README. - Adding the hoodi network to the list of supported networks in `pkg/networks/network.go`. - Adding the hoodi genesis root and network ID to the corresponding maps in `pkg/networks/network.go`. The addition of hoodi support allows Tracoor to be used to monitor and analyze the hoodi testnet.
