This PR changes the serialization format of page models in the frontend cache.
When compatible, dora tries to encode them as SSZ now, which reduces the model size by a factor of 3.
This is especially for bigger instances with many page calls.
This PR also revives the debug page & beautifies the displayed dora metrics
