Referencing the spec, messages older than 180 days relative to its executing block must be considered invalid.
Depending on when this occurs, the executing block may have to be replaced at it can never be considered valid.

Ideally, these checks should be implemented in a way that the op-program can easily reuse (or inherit as part of its xchain checks).
