I'm not sure if a tool exists for this, but I would like to see the following:

• Enforce a line length limit (maybe 100) for paragraphs (not tables).
• Enforce a consistent table style.
• Enforce a newline at the end of the file.
• Delete double blank lines (outside of code blocks).
