This pull request proposes stronger wording and clear instructions we can follow to ensure our github discussion forums are the place where our support issues are managed.
The proposal to use the "Convert to discussion" github feature would remove some support clutter from our issues section, leaving that focused on our open development work like bugs and features, while our support requests will all exist within our discussion forums.
