1. Updated Simplified Chinese translation
2. Fix for non-existent variables field in ESX.PlayerData

Motivation

1. Simplified Chinese translation is too old, update and merge into dev branch.
2. When I try to print ESX.PlayerData with the client, I find that there are no variables fields where they should be.

Implementation Details

Resend the event to update variables.
