Re-lands #3572 by @SivanCola on top of current main-v2 — the original branch conflicted only on the lucide-react import block in
App.tsx(the base still carriedCircleGauge, since removed upstream). Resolution keeps the current import list and adds justFileDown/FileImage.Verified locally:
desktopGo module builds and vets clean with the newPickExportFile/SaveExportFilebindings;bridge.tsinterface and dev mock are both in sync. Author credit preserved on the commit.Closes #3572
