[Bug]: 企业内网网络代理环境下xiaomi-mimo系列模型无法使用

### What happened?

企业内网网络代理环境下，通过配置HTTP_PROXY访问网络，
配置完成 reasonix 后，在CLI和Desktop版本中，DeepSeek flash/pro连接正常，xiaomi-mimo系列模型连接异常无法使用。
