Add BitbucketClient with PR creation, status, merge, find-by-branch, and Pipelines CI monitoring via Bitbucket Cloud REST API v2. Integrate into ship (GitHub > Bitbucket > GitLab fallback chain), pr-status, and merge commands. Add PARSEC_BITBUCKET_TOKEN env var. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
