Enhance parsec list with more context per worktree:

• Number of unpushed commits
• Divergence from base branch (ahead/behind)
• Last commit message and age
• CI status inline (already partially done via --no-pr)
• Ticket status from tracker

Makes it easier to see at a glance what each agent/developer is working on.
