Describe the Bug

Turning off "Minimize to system tray" has no affect in the Dashboard App. The app still minimizes to the tray rather than remaining on the taskbar.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Settings
2. Click the Notifications tab, and uncheck "Minimize to system tray", and click Okay.
3. Minimize the app

Expected Behavior

The app remains visible on the taskbar

Actual Behavior

The app minimizes to the tray only.
