Current Behavior

When a user dismisses an alert (blocking, deadlock, CPU, etc.), the alert reappears after closing and reopening the application.

Expected Behavior

Dismissed alerts should stay dismissed across app restarts, at least until a new occurrence of the same alert condition is detected.

Affects

Both Dashboard and Lite editions.
