Describe the Bug

After opening the application for the first time, I connected to multiple SQL servers. These servers appeared correctly in the SQL Servers panel on the left side, but they did not appear in the Overview page.
A full application restart was required for the servers to be displayed in Overview.
Ideally, they should appear immediately after being added, without requiring a restart.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Launch the application for the first time.
  2. Connect to one or more SQL servers.
  3. Observe that:
    • Servers appear in the SQL Servers panel on the left.
    • They are missing from the Overview page.
  4. Restart the application.
  5. After restart, the servers now appear correctly in Overview.

Expected Behavior

  • Newly added SQL servers should appear immediately in the Overview page after being connected.
  • No application restart should be needed.
  • The Overview page should refresh or sync with the updated server list as soon as connections are established.

Actual Behavior

  • When connecting to SQL servers for the first time, the servers show up in the left‑side SQL Servers list.
  • The same servers do not appear in the Overview page.
  • Only after restarting the application do they show up correctly.
