[BUG] Wait Stats tab "Select All" doesn't select all wait types #12

Describe the Bug
Click on the Wait Stats tab, click the Select All button, and only some wait types are selected. Doesn't seem to be a consistent number - I can check an additional wait type, then Clear All, then Select All again, and sometimes that wait type is included, sometimes it isn't.
Doesn't seem to be related to whether the wait type has active data either - I've got a repro video where it's happening on a box with SOS_SCHEDULER_YIELD waits, and Select All doesn't show SOS.
