This pull request should un-block all the automated package upgrades that dependabot is proposing. From what I can tell, version
1.04no longer exists in the upstream package. I'm intentionally putting this back to the old known-working version instead of upgrading to the latest version as the dependabot robot will upgrade this as part of its normal flow.Follows #1118
