Some code is included in the repository but is not used.

Unused code increases project complexity, reduces build time and creates a risk that stale and unfit code will be used later.

Recommendation: remove ESDSA and other unused files.

^^ I understand ESDSA is part of contracts-wip. That should be a separate branch ^^
