Some additional incantations are required to update the Envoy.framework artifact in order to be compatible with CocoaPods (outlined in this PR).

Instead of performing these changes manually, they should be done on CI and pushed to an envoy_ios_cocoapods.zip artifact alongside envoy_ios_framework.zip.
