Title: Rename and Document DynamicMetadata Keys

Description:
PR #4910 introduces a new network-level RBAC filter with keys that can be leveraged on by other filters. There's a similar filter for HTTP too. Metadata keys from both filters should be unified and documented as well known keys on Envoy.
