I'm using a fresh checkout, install, and activate of emsdk 2.0.13.
I try to compile a file with em++ -s USE_SDL_TTF=2 foo.cpp, and it throws a hash error when downloading and installing the port.
I cleaned my ports cache and tried again, and same result.

If you are updating the port, please update the hash in the port module.

The project updated their .hgignore file yesterday, which might be related.
