Description
When the plugin "Bootstrap 3 Shortcodes" is active in Wordpress, the "Import Template" no longer works (the fly-down panel won't display.)
Steps to reproduce
- Fresh install of Wordpress 3.6.1
- Install https://wordpress.org/plugins/bootstrap-3-shortcodes/
- Test "Import Template" button in Elementor > Library
