Prerequisites

• I have searched for similar issues in both open and closed tickets and cannot find a duplicate.
• The issue still exists against the latest stable version of Elementor.

Description

Found a few places where translation supports are missing.

1. When right clicking on a section/column/widget, the topmost item misses translation support. For example for Chinese, rather than showing "编辑段", we see "编辑Section". (note: 编辑 = Edit)
2. Go back to dashboard and hit Elementor templates page. If you got no templates yet, you are supposed to see "CREATE YOUR FIRST TEMPLATE" text, however, we see "创建您第一个 TEMPLATE", where the word TEMPLATE misses translation. (same goes to the green button below that says ADD NEW TEMPLATE)
