This PR addresses #17896 by extending the Synapse documentation regarding the necessary jwt_config entry in the example on how to connect authentik via OIDC to Synapse.

hint that it's fine to keep other jwt_config fields in your config

Just in case something thinks they need to delete their other `jwt_config` option fields in order to get Authentik to work.
