- In a chat view
- Send a message
- Press the up-key to edit that message
Please note: this is not 100% reprodicble and I don't know what causes this problem to occur. So please refrain from resolving/closing this issue on that basis.
This is a followup from #19908 which was resolved. It's possible the root cause is different, even though the effect appears to be the same.

What did you expect?
The most recently sent message goes into edit mode
What happened instead?
Either a (much) earliest sent message goes into edit mode, or nothing happens at all.
